Agreement
Use of the Service means you accept these Terms.
Waitlist / founding cohort
Joining registers interest; it is not a contract to provide the Service and does not guarantee access or a specific price. Founding-cohort terms (incl. any ‘founding price’) are confirmed in writing at onboarding.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including consents from your own clients.
Acceptable use
No unlawful activity, no infringing others’ rights, no attempts to breach security or disrupt the Service, no malicious code.
AI features (Pulse)
Pulse surfaces suggestions, drafts and analysis; it assists, it does not decide. You review and approve actions before they take effect and are responsible for what you approve. Verify AI output before relying on it.
Payments
Paid-plan pricing is shown on the pricing page and confirmed at onboarding; fees, billing cycle and taxes apply as stated.
Your data & ownership
Your business data is yours; we process it to provide the Service per the Privacy Policy and do not sell it; you can export or request deletion.
Intellectual property
The Service, brand and content are owned by Nerva; you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while these Terms apply.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may change or discontinue features; during pre-launch the Service may change substantially.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided ‘as is’; to the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
You may stop anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Governing law
The laws of Kuwait, subject to its courts.
